So what has made our gold package so popular with our clients in Essex? Well, it gives you the best of both worlds – and who is going to say no to that?! You will be able to reap all the rewards of our cost-saving silver package, while including some of the stunning features of our platinum package. We’ve worked hard to deliver a package that ticks all of the boxes: affordability, beautiful design, quality craftsmanship, and innovation.

Doors and windows will be UPVC, but can be upgraded to aluminium at an additional cost.

Interior Spec as Standard

We can help you to keep the price of your garden studio down by using the best materials in a cost-effective way. Our current prices are based on a garden room where the front and visible side elevation are clad in premium cedar wood, along with the canopy. The remaining sides will be clad in thermowood, so the more expensive cladding won’t be used in areas that aren’t visible.

Of course, if you have three visible sides then we will be able to further upgrade your build.  We’ll be in constant communication with you throughout the design process, and we’ll always be presenting you with budget-friendly options.
