Construction

For our work from home package, we use SIPS construction methods. This allows for a quick installation time, and also provides a strong, well-insulated shell for your new garden room office. Designed to last for around 60 years, it will be built on a sturdy base that will provide even more peace of mind.

Exteriors

We use high-quality composite cladding that requires no treatment or maintenance, and can stand up to whatever the elements throw at it. We finish this with premium anthracite UPVC soffits and fascias, along with anthracite guttering. This creates a sleek, modern look.

Glazing

All of our double glazed doors and windows are made from UPVC for ultimate durability. They are finished in anthracite grey both internally and externally to mimic aluminium. All of our doors come with a low threshold as standard, reducing the amount of step over when going to and from the space.

Electrics

All of our WFH packages come with a complete electrical package consisting of a 2m surface mounted plug socket rail. This will contain 4 double sockets. You can have additional sockets fitted (for an extra cost), and data cables can also be placed in this rail system. Ceiling lighting comes with the build as standard. Electrical connection is not included in the total price, and will be undertaken by our qualified electricians at an extra cost. To decide on which options are right for you, please get in touch.

Heating

To keep your working from home office garden building at a comfortable temperature, we will install a designer radiator. All of our WFH offices will come with a designer radiator that can be adjusted to your schedule. It will be able to turn itself on 1 hour before you arrive, and off 1 hour after you leave.

Interior

The interior walls are lined with wipeable wall cladding. This is usually matte white, but feature wall colours can be arranged. We’ll also install laminate flooring, complete with skirting boards to finish the space.
