The foundation of your garden room features robust construction with 450mm wide and 300mm deep strip foundations, complemented by pile or pad supports spaced approximately 1.2 meters apart. A steel-reinforced concrete subframe ensures enhanced durability and stability.

All of our buildings are fully insulated using the latest technologies to keep you warm in the winter and cool in the summer.
Roofing
The roofing features a 50mm batten for downlights and Kingspan aluminum trapezoidal panels in anthracite grey. These panels, available in 115mm or 137mm thicknesses, are strong, waterproof, and provide excellent insulation. The roof is completed with anthracite grey fascias, aluminum trim, and matching guttering and downpipes for a sleek, modern finish.
